Pressio^® Catheters are designed for monitoring of Intracranial Pressure and Temperature in use with Pressio^® Monitors.

About our Catheters

Pressio^® Catheters are thin and flexible, feature an integrated memory and come in complete kits in 3 configurations, depending on clinician’s needs for the monitoring of ICP and ICT.

Clinically guided design:

Versatile with different implantation sites (parenchymal or ventricular – tunnelling or with bolt)
Thin and flexible to avoid breakage and enable tunneling
2 in 1 with brain temperature monitoring in the same catheter as ICP monitoring

Integrated memory:

Thanks to its internal memory, the Pressio^® Catheter does not require re-zeroing when disconnected from the Pressio^® 2 ICP Monitor and up to 15 days of monitoring can be registered.

MRI Safety:

Pressio^® Catheters are classified as MR Conditional (1.5T and 3T). Thanks to the Pressio^® MRI Support, Sophysa offers optimum positioning of Pressio^® Catheters during an MRI examination.
