With Pressio®, Sophysa offers a unique solution for the joint continuous measurements of intracranial pressure and temperature.
The system is based on the use of micro-sensor-tipped catheters implanted either in a ventricle or in the patient’s parenchyma. These catheters are connected to a dedicated monitor, the Pressio® monitor, compact, light and user-friendly.
Pressio® Monitoring Systems
One Pressio® Monitor System computes these data obtained thanks to the micro-sensor tipped catheters and allows the display of values on the Pressio® monitor screen and/or on a patient bedside monitor.
ICP Monitoring Catheters
Micro-sensor tipped catheters inserted into the patient’s parenchyma transform the physiological signals into electrical currents, which are sent to one of the Pressio® Monitoring Systems.
