Effective April 30th, 2010, Sophysa S.A. has become the sole owner of the complete product line from Vygon US LLC.
With the acquisition of Vygon, Sophysa broadens the base of its core Neurosurgery business, maintaining its focus, offering the world’s most comprehensive CSF Management surgical solution set, and expanding the reach of the neurosurgical community in more than 60 countries worldwide.
Having completed a comprehensive technology transfer process, all Vygon products will now be manufactured in Sophysa’s state-of-the-art facility, located in Besançon (France) and sold under the trademark "Phoenix Neuro".
